ATD-DRAG

Daiwa’s Automatic Tournament Drag uses an improved drag grease that exhibits a low viscosity at rest, yet become more viscous immediately after drag start up. This reduces initial drag start-up inertia and combined with the structural changes of the ATD Drag System results in a smoother drag from the initial hook up.

 

 

CLICKING DRAG

A drag system that produces a clicking sound when a fish runs and takes drag.

 

 

 

CRBB

Lasting 12 times longer than standard stainless steel bearings Daiwa’s CRBBs feature specially treated stainless steel, and a protective shield on the bearing race that seals out sand, fine grit, salt crystals and other abrasive. The results is a longer lasting bearing that’s protected from the corrosive elements that destroy traditional bearings.

 

 

HLC SPOOL

Daiwa’s Hyper Long Cast super-tuned cast control system has been designed for optimum casting performance with the spool rotor modified to minimise rotor braking to maximise spool rotation and casting distance of heavier lures and baits.

 

HYPER-DIGIGEAR

Featuring, Daiwa’s famous machine cut gear system, Hyper Digigear, results in silky smooth precision meshing between the main and pinion gear. Ultra tough, surface treated, high tensile alloy drive gear and marine bronze pinion gear allow for increased gear teeth accuracy and improved gear meshing, smoothness, and strength.

 

 

INFINITE ANTI REVERSE

Daiwa’s advanced system that limits rearward backplay handle movement to almost zero for solid hooksets with less shock to the reel. The result is the elimination of handle slap-back and the unwanted release of line.

MAGSEALED-BEARINGS

MagSeal protection is no longer just for the main shaft and rotor of a reel with MagSealed Ball Bearings providing ultimate protection for the most at risk location such as the engine side plate and line roller.

 

 

TWS

Daiwa’s revolutionary T-Wing System addresses the issue of traditional line guide/level wind systems constricting line flow by delivering a T-shaped line guide that is larger, wider and less restrictive. TWS allows line to exit freely from the spool with minimal line angle, minimal friction and constriction, thereby reducing line noise and backlash, and delivering more accurate and longer casts.

 

 

ZERO ADJUSTER

Thanks to the revolutionary SV-Concept, it is no longer necessary to adjust the Mechanical Spool Brake Knob when casting. Perfect Zero Adjuster setting is when the spool shaft is held without side to side spool play. Appropriate brake power adjustment is now fully manageable with only the use of the Magnetic dial.

REEL LIMITED WARRANTY CARD This limited warranty is only valid for Daiwa reels within the period of ONE (1) year from date of purchase. Reel with warranty card is entitled for ONE (1) year free servicing. There will be free replacement for each piece parts ONCE within the warranty period. This Warranty does not cover damage to the external/internal appearances or accessories supplied together with the products. This warranty is not valid for reels that have been tempered, modified, subject to repair by an unamortized party, or has been subjected to alteration, abuse or damage caused by the owner’s failure to provide routine maintenance. This warranty card must be filled in with details of the owner (complete with dealer’s company chop) and g return to Daiwa, accompanied by original copy of dated sales receipt upon service requirement. Incomplete information on the card will VOID the warranty and the service fee will be chargeable even within warranty period. This warranty is only valid for products distributed by Daiwa In Malaysia and Brunei only. Freight cost (from owner to retailer shop or vise versa) will be bared by the owner DAIWA reserves the rights to amend the above terms from time to time without prior notice.
